Thank you for considering Youngs Photography LLC. My goal is to provide every client with a smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free photography experience from booking to gallery delivery.

The following policies help set clear expectations and ensure we're on the same page before your session. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.           

  Booking & Payment

A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your session or wedding date.

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Because your date is reserved exclusively for you, retainers are non-refundable.     

 Rescheduling & Cancellations

Life happens, and I understand plans sometimes change.

Portrait sessions may be rescheduled with advance notice. Outdoor sessions may also be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.

If you need to cancel your session, your retainer is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date when applicable and approved by Youngs Photography LLC. Wedding retainers are non-refundable.                                                                              

During Your Session

My goal is to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your scheduled session.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout the session.

I encourage genuine interactions and natural moments, so don't worry about being perfect. Those authentic moments often become the most treasured photographs.

Editing Style

Every photographer has a unique artistic style.

By booking with Youngs Photography LLC, you acknowledge that you are familiar with my portfolio and editing style.

All images are edited in a style consistent with my portfolio. Image selection, color grading, lighting adjustments, cropping, and overall artistic decisions remain at the photographer's discretion.

Image Selection

The final gallery includes the best images from your session.

Duplicate images, test shots, closed-eye photographs, and unedited RAW files are not included or available for review.

Gallery Delivery

Portrait galleries are typically delivered within 1 to 2 weeks.

Wedding galleries are typically delivered within 3 to 6 weeks.

Delivery times may vary during busy seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients will receive a private online gallery to view, download, and share their images.

Image Revisions

If you have a concern regarding exposure, color balance, or cropping, one complimentary revision may be requested within 5 days of gallery delivery.

Additional edits beyond the initial revision are not guaranteed and may be subject to an additional fee.

Copyright & Personal Use

Youngs Photography LLC retains the copyright to all images.

Clients receive a personal print release, allowing them to print and share their photographs for personal use.

Images may not be sold, entered into contests, heavily edited, altered with filters, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Social Media

You're welcome to share your images online.

Please do not apply filters or additional edits that alter the final appearance of the photographs.

Credit to Youngs Photography LLC is always appreciated.

Refund Policy

Photography is both a custom service and an artistic product.

Due to the time invested in planning, photographing, and editing each session, refunds are not available once services have been provided or images have been delivered.

Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to provide exceptional service, Youngs Photography LLC shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, equipment failure, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

Acceptance of These Policies

Booking a session, signing a contract, or submitting payment indicates that you have read and agree to these policies.
