Editing Style & Artistic Discretion

By booking a session with Youngs Photography, the client acknowledges that they are familiar with the photographer’s portfolio, editing style, and artistic approach. Editing style, color tones, lighting, and composition are subjective and consistent with the photographer’s professional style.

Youngs Photography retains full artistic discretion over image selection and editing.

Image Selection & Delivery

All final, usable images from the session are selected and delivered at the photographer’s discretion. Unedited, RAW, duplicate, test shots, or out-of-focus images are not provided or available for review.

In-person image reviews are not offered.

Re-Edits & Corrections

If a client has concerns regarding editing (such as exposure, color balance, or cropping), a one-time re-edit may be offered at the discretion of Youngs Photography.

Re-edits are limited to the originally delivered images

Requests must be made within 5 days of gallery delivery

Additional revisions beyond the re-edit are not guaranteed

A re-edit constitutes a good-faith effort to resolve concerns and completes the service.

Turnaround Time

During peak/busy seasons, re-edits and additional services are completed alongside previously booked sessions and deliveries, which take priority. Turnaround times may vary and are not guaranteed.

No Refund Policy

Due to the custom and artistic nature of photography services:

No refunds are issued once digital images have been delivered or downloaded, regardless of dissatisfaction, personal preference, or third-party opinions.

Photography is a subjective art, and differences in personal taste do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Acceptance of Work

Downloading, saving, or using the delivered images constitutes acceptance of the work and fulfillment of services by Youngs Photography.

Limitation of Liability

The liability of Youngs Photography is limited to the amount paid for the session. Under no circumstances shall Youngs Photography be held liable for consequential damages, emotional distress, or subjective dissatisfaction.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through communication. A re-edit or reshoot (at the discretion of Youngs Photography) is the sole remedy offered.

Final Agreement

By booking a session, submitting payment, or downloading images, the client agrees to all policies stated above by Youngs Photography.
